I came in for a haircut the other day and i received it from this nice lady named , Surfreda she had excellent communication skills and i wasn't disappointed in my haircut at all, i definitely will be coming back.

Every time I come here I'm never disappointed. The workers are so kind and respectful and actually want you to look and feel the best. I appreciate everything you all do

I did online check in since it was the only option with COVID and had a 20min wait. I watched the waitlist as my time got close and once it hit 0min remaining, I still waited about 30min. I proceeded to wait for an hour without any contact saying they were ready for me. I called inside to check my status and no one would answer the phone, so I logged back in to the website to check my spot on the wait list and it said my name was no longer on the wait list...
