I did online check in since it was the only option with COVID and had a 20min wait. I watched the waitlist as my time got close and once it hit 0min remaining, I still waited about 30min. I proceeded to wait for an hour without any contact saying they were ready for me. I called inside to check my status and no one would answer the phone, so I logged back in to the website to check my spot on the wait list and it said my name was no longer on the wait list...

Writing this is hard for me because I am and have been in the service industry my entire working life. I have been to this location before and have had a good experience however last night was horrible I'm not even sure if the word horrible does my experience justice. I took my son in for a haircut when we walked in there were two stylist neither of them acknowledged us walking in but they were busy so I wasn't extremely bothered by this just found it a little strange. We waited for a little which I am fine with its the holiday season so I knew it would be busy. When it came time for my sons haircut he had a complete melt down which I expected (he's only 2) but the last time I was in the stylist was very patient and gentle with him ,not today. The stylist was rough and kept telling him he was fine to calm down and that if he didn't stop moving he would hurt her, I was doing my best to keep him still but she would push and move him instead of asking me to just help. I know it is extremely hard to cut a child hair when they are acting like a crazy person and I don't expect her to hold his hand but I do expect a little more understanding and if you can't handle cutting a child's hair just tell me I will happily spend my money else where. it took everything I had to not walk out mid haircut. I was so upset when I left, there was no consideration for me or my son I said i was sorry many time to the other guest waiting. I really hate to write a review like this but no-one should be treated like this whether they are 2 or 200. I will not be back to this stylist she was nasty.

My hair cut experience was ok at this location. Great cut but there is some unprofessional things going on and i know its a new store. One girl had i guess her girlfriend coming back and forth interrupting my cut. If it wasnt for the stylist with her hair wrap who apologized to me i wouldn't come back. She stepped in like she just knew how to fix the situation and my experience went from negative to positive she will see me again.
